• Participate in the creation, control and evaluation of sales and marketing plans and tactics for Will World Education Group.
• Meet with potential clients to establish strong relationships to market courses from different education providers such as Universities, English Schools, Colleges from a New Zealand market perspective.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain the Will World Education Group’s brand and reputation with its customers, owners and the wider public in New Zealand and overseas.
• Control, analyze and provide effective and efficient advice to clients in education services according with their profile and experience in the labor market and professional aspirations.
• Create and control the processes of recruiting and counselling international students to New Zealand.
• Provide support and training to staff in all Will World Offices (New Zealand and Colombia) in relation to the process of recruiting students to New Zealand.
• Provide training staff in all Will World Offices (New Zealand and Colombia) in relation to the process of process of sales and communication with key agencies and suppliers.
• Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and services provided to all clients from overseas and in New Zealand.
• Follow up clients after-sales services - measurement customer satisfaction, ensure performance and improve services provided.
• Liaising with senior management, organizational units’ leaders, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations and solve problems effectively.
• Directing the development and implementation of social media strategies to promote Will World Education Group to as many people as possible and ensure effective engagement and sales pipelines are created via all available social media channels.
• Create and monitor strategies to improve customer’s satisfaction that are aligned to Will World Education organizational values.
• Report to senior management on customer service’ satisfaction through the Call Center Strategy Plan established to improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Make sure Will World Education in New Zealand maintains a high standard of client’s service.
