Are you a quality assurance specialist looking for a role in a dynamic team?
We are looking for some spectacular people to join our team and help us make a difference for apprentices in the Building and Construction industry at an important time in New Zealand.
This team is part of the Standards Leadership Group at the BCITO and works closely with those who deliver training in the 15 sectors we look after. The team ensures the BCITO fulfills its role as a standard setting body for the Building and Construction industry. Our team is close and we collaborate with our colleagues in other teams as well as external stakeholders to maintain professional standards so trainees meet our sectors' needs.
You'll be a capable quality specialist who loves building relationships, solving problems and has a great eye for detail. You'll love facilitating quality assurance and want to help us ensure we are continually improving practice. You might be interested in innovative approaches to moderation in a digital world and would like to help us develop this side of our work. You'll have experience thinking deeply about quality assurance systems, processes and consistency management. You'll be knowledgeable of the New Zealand education framework and will love advocating our sound quality assurance principles. You'll be a highly literate, professional and influential person with an affinity to the construction sector.
We're looking for the right people first and foremost, so if you are passionate about learners and want to help us maintain standards across New Zealand we'd like to hear from you. Experience in the Building and Construction industry is useful but not required. We're considering applicants located in the upper North Island and Christchurch.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
