About the role…
As a Programme Coordinator you will lead the delivery of Youthtown programmes with the main focus on our OSCAR Holiday Programme and our OUTDOORS Programme, ensuring that Youthtown remains a market leader in the provision of safe high-quality developmental programmes for children and youth (5-18 year olds). In addition to this role’s focus on the development and delivery of OSCAR/OUTDOORS, you will also support the delivery of our SPORTS Programme in schools and across the community when required.

What are we looking for…
You will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills as well as proven abilities in designing and leading developmental programmes for children and young people. Skills and experience in sports and outdoors instructing and a passion for working with young people is a must! You will have the ability to build rapport quickly with children and young people and a passion for empowering young New Zealanders to be the best they can be!
