Oversee the sourcing of funding grants required for the efficient running of the projects created.
Develop a funding plan and manage a funding calendar/database that includes an associated timeline that ensures deadlines are met.
Develop funding applications in accordance with the above plan
Prepare quotes and suppliers for Funding Applications in conjunction with the GTF Accounts, Admin and Board teams
Assist with the preparation, collation and delivery of Accountability Reports to each applicable funding agency by deadline
Participating in the overall Strategic plan for the GTF with academy director
Applicants for this position must have:
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
- Access to their own laptop
Role is for two days each week. Hours are flexible, deadlines are not.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible as our previous Funding Coordinator has already started at a new job.
