As part of our team you will be responsible for:
*Design and improve current TV systems and related products;
*Designing, planning, drawing, installing, monitoring and maintaining serviced products, like TV systems, security system, smoke detectors and CCTV systems;
*Examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments, network and control systems to identify faults;
*Regularly monitoring products performance and timely providing maintenance service;
*Utilizing a wide range of knowledge such as CCTV systems, networking, automation, electronic and telecommunication in commissioning and maintaining electronic and telecommunication system;
*Developing, monitoring and implementing technical support functions for control systems and telecommunication networks, and installing computer system, satellite, electronic instruments and control systems.
*Educating customers of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions;
*Providing excellent customer service
Requirements from you
*Qualification in telecommunication/electronic engineering studies is essential for this role;
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
*knowledge and interests of electronics, electrics and telecommunications;
*A minimum of 3 years' experience in the related industry is required.
*Customer service focused with a team player can-do attitude;
*Effective interpersonal and communication skills
