In the role of mill cleaner, your main responsibility will be looking after the cleanliness of the mill. This will include following the HACCP cleaning schedule and maintaining the HACCP records. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Adhering to health and safety practices on site in relation to cleaning schedule
• Working through daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule
• Maintaining cleaning equipment including ordering new equipment where required
• Cleaning of the staff room on a daily basis including microwaves, fridge etc.
• Cleaning of the wider mill, specifically product dust and foreign material prevention
• Wearing appropriate cleaning PPE gear where required

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previously cleaning experience would be preferred
• An eye for detail
• Be fit and Healthy
• A good understanding of Health and Safety at Work
• The ability to take initiative and to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent punctuality and reliability to get the tasks completed
