A new role Factory Trade Assistant based is being established at our Auckland factory workshop.

There will be opportunities for the successful applicant to upskill in a supportive learning environment and progress within the engineering team.

Although primarily responsible for assisting trades with process breakdowns and maintenance, the successful candidate will also be required to work under their own initiative in other departments as well.

Working with a highly perishable product requires strict adherence to site sanitation and process controls. Health and Safety is a key focus and you will have some previous experience in a process environment.

Above all, you are someone who understands the dynamic, fast paced nature of the workshop. You are a keen learner with a solid foundation of basic engineering.

You are experienced working with teams in multiple disciplines, and will follow processes well.

You will also need basic computer skills as well as good communication skills.
