Hyundai-Rotem Company is part of the Hyundai Motor Group based in Seoul, South Korea. We are the manufactures and maintainers of the Matangi Rail Vehicles for the Wellington suburban rail network.

As an experienced Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking various inspections, fault finding and heavy maintenance work as set out in our manuals and instructions with the view to improve reliability and safety of our fleet.

If you are experienced Maintenance Technician looking to work in Wellington, we would like to hear from you.

As the successful candidate you will have:

•NZQA level 4 or above in Electrical / Mechanical Field or equivalent qualification.
•Proven experience working with relevant technical specifications, standards and practices.
•Adherence to health & safety compliance and regulations in a safety critical environment.
•Previous experience in undertaking routine inspections would be an added advantage.
