a) Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
b) Analysing and planning restaurant sales and profitability.
c) Comply with all health and safety regulations.
d) Maintain budget and employee records.
e) Ensuring that all employees adhere to company’s policy and uniform standard.
f) Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining area.
g) Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
h) Checking stock level and ordering supplies.
i) Planning, coordinate menu and assign prices based on cost analysis.
j) Maintain good customer services and responding to customer complains.
k) Monitor food preparation and methods.
l) Check the quality of the deliveries of food.
m) Organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount programme.
n) Preparing and presenting sales and staff reports.
o) Arrange for the maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
p) Processing and analyse information for scheduling and budgeting.
q) Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and
r) liquor regulations are obeyed.
s) Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
t) Prepare cash drawers and provide petty cash as required.
