Responsible for keeping stock level up to date and per the standards
Planning marketing strategies, pricing and special offers on weekly basis.
Purchasing goods on timely and efficient manner.
Keeping a track record for stock level and make sure it doesn’t drop below waring sign.
Keep records of all invoices
Ensure budgeting is done in efficient manner and reduce wastage in any goods.
Hiring staff, training them and supervise them.
Ensure that the business complies with all form of health and safety regulations as set in bylaws.
Exceptional time management skills is needed.
Strong Leadership experience
Ability to effectively train, coach and mentor team members
Attention to detail
generate and analyse sales reports and data
Rostering and managing payroll data for the team
Working rostered shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Excellent customer care and resolution skills
Manual stock ordering when needed.
Knowledge of Indian clothing is an advantage.
