Whether you come from an agency background wanting to explore internal recruitment, or you are an experienced internal recruiter interested in learning more about the Health sector, it doesn't matter. It will be your infectious enthusiasm, positive attitude, natural inclination and proven capability for creative sourcing of candidates and converting them to placements, ability to quickly forge solid stake-holder relationships, and ability to jump on board and hit the ground running; that we are looking for.

You will be a part of a team recruiting junior doctors and facilitating their clinical run allocations (their training) on behalf of the Auckland regional District Health Boards. A typical doctors training journey can last up to 7 years post- graduation, so their on-going career development and facilitating their training requirements, forms a big part of the role.

You will be super organised, constantly seeking to find solutions and be excited at the prospect of working with multiple stakeholders. You will need a strong analytical brain - this role is more than recruitment. Our training grids are agile and can be complex, so your attention for detail and ability to think one step ahead is paramount.

There has never been a more exciting time to join us - demand for skills is at a premium - and we work to support three amazing DHB's who offer world renowned RMO training through our tertiary teaching hospitals.

You can and will make a difference.

What's in it for you :-

  • A competitive salary
  • A hugely supportive, fast paced and progressive environment.
  • Employee work perks from discounted financial products and services, travel and entertainment, fitness and wellbeing and a whole suite of retail benefits.
  • 25 days annual leave
  • On-going learning and development
  • Vibrant offices and resources

The chance to help and impact upon the lives of many New Zealanders.
