We are seeking a motivated, skilled and committed Maxillofacial Surgeon with experience and interest working in the public health sector. The role is based in Whangarei and is part of Northland DHB's integrated Oral Health Service, an exciting time to come and be part of the ongoing development of the Oral Health Service in Northland.
Applicants must have a qualification that allows dual registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and New Zealand Dental Council. FRACDS preferred.
Northland covers an area of 12,600 square kilometres with a population of approximately 164,000. It boasts some of the most scenic and exciting coastal areas of New Zealand in a subtropical climate. Popular water recreation areas include the Bay of Islands and Poor Knight Islands Reserves. Whangarei is a 25-minute flight or 2-hour drive from Auckland.
