This is a unique position where you have the option to build your own personal training business while being paid to look after our club, our members and drive initiatives within the local community.
The role is varied and will require the following attributes to assist in the daily operation of the club.
A positive and energetic personality.
Self driven, motivated and able to work
Relevant computer and administrative skills.
Able to manage member issues that may
arise in a prompt, positive and mature
Ability to induct, assess, write programmes and confidently demonstrate to members.
Confident with floor walking and correcting technique.
Able to work with all age groups and
confident to run small group classes to cater
for gym members.
Marketing skills with the ability to promote
Fitness Hub in the community and drive
initiatives with local businesses and groups.
A good communicator that is able to follow
Someone who takes pride in the
cleanliness of the club and is not afraid to
clean and maintain the overall presentation.
You will also hold the relevant industry
qualifications, including a current first aid
