Do you hold a current NZ registration as an Occupational Therapist?
Based in Thorndon Quay, Wellington
We’re looking for the next Registered Health Professionals to join our Pathways Wellington Health and Wellbeing Facilitation Service.
We have two part time roles available for NZ registered occupational therapists. These are permanent positions and the hours of work can be negotiated for the right candidates. This service operates Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Our Registered Health Professionals support people experiencing mental illness to improve their physical health and wellbeing. The team does this through clinical interventions including health education, linking people with appropriate services and developing self-management skills.

You’ll be reporting to the Team Coach and working with a team of nurses and occupational therapists. This is a service that works alongside people receiving community mental health support services, to improve peoples’ overall health and wellbeing. We have a friendly, supportive and dedicated team.
We are interested to hear from candidates who are NZ registered as an occupational therapist and someone who has the ability to support and inspire a team.
You’ll be known for your caring, friendly and approachable manner and be passionate about your professional role and identity. You’ll have a non-judgmental approach to working within a diverse population. A real team player, you’ll be an excellent communicator and the sort of person who brings fun and laughter to your work environment. You’ll thrive in a supportive multi-disciplinary team environment where your skills and knowledge are valued and respected by your colleagues.

• You will need to be able to work collaboratively with support workers and other stake holders.
• You have a current full New Zealand drivers licence
