Selwyn Bureau is seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join their team on a casual basis to work in our Selwyn Foundation facilities in Cambridge and Hamilton East. If you are looking for some extra shifts, or would like to work according to your availability, then look no further! We have various shifts available during the weekdays and weekends, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Shifts can vary from morning, afternoon and nights.

Key Requirements:

  • Current and valid NZNC registration and APC
  • Ideally minimum 12 months NZ nursing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
  • Mature attitude and passion for the aged-care industry
  • An ability to work within the Foundation's mission and values
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Proven management skills and ability to deal with complaints
  • Strong understanding of care plans and the nursing process
