PSC Enliven provides Aged Residential Care Services from Wellington to Taranaki. The Eden and Spark of Life philosophies underpin service delivery.

This Wellington based role will see you working with a flexible fun loving team, which includes 2 other Nurse Consultants, contributing to clinical leadership and systems management through

  • clinical coaching in the practice setting
  • classroom and workshop presenting
  • decision support for residents with complex needs
  • self directed, contemporary professional role modelling

and through the quality improvement and risk minimisation Portfolio

  • Being the "expert" advisor and co-ordinator of the Enliven Quality System
  • Provides workplace training in the process for delivering on the Enliven Quality System
  • Is the "go to person" on the Enliven Clinical and Professional Policy and Procedures
  • Has delegated responsibility for the enliven trainers and administrator

You will need to have:

  • a broad understanding of aged care
  • at least two years aged care experience in a senior clinical role
  • ability to drive clinical excellence and manage clinical risk
  • demonstrated planning and organisational skills
  • Computer literate with concise documentation skills.
  • good communication skills and
  • a good sense of humour
