Applicants should have the following:
- A proven record of high quality caregiving, preferably in the aged-care sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A reasonable level of fitness and physical capability to deal with the physically challenging nature of the position
- Availability for shift-work (AM, PM, Night and Weekends)
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
