The Woodward Group Ltd is a Kiwi owned leading manufacturer of quality products operating brands such as Wishbone, Soho Brown, Kopi and Daisy Chain.

We are seeking passionate, customer focused Retail Consultant/ Baristas to join our team working in our stores located in Wellington CBD.

This is a part-time role with hours between 6:50am and 5:45pm.

You must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday.

Flexibility to help with additional shifts (including weekends) would be an advantage.


WHAT IS IT LIKE WORKING IN A WISHBONE STORE?

Working in a Wishbone store is busy and rewarding. As we are part retail and part hospitality the role is very diverse.

Responsibilities in store are wide and varied. Customer service is definitely the most important aspect of what we do because the food speaks for itself!

Throughout the day there are sales targets to strive for, continuous merchandising of stock as the product flies off the shelves, checklists to complete and general looking after of the store making sure every aspect looks great and looking its best for every customer. Then when the rush is over there is stock management to look after and closing up of the store so that we can do it all again tomorrow!

The best part is that everyone plays such an important role in making Wishbone so great. Your ideas and feedback are always welcome and often implemented across all stores.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with some Barista experience although this is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will have strong initiative, a positive team attitude, flexibility and a willingness to work independently.

We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to providing the best service possible to ensure great customer satisfaction, every time.
