Our work environment is very unique to Tauranga. We provide nutritious fulfilling food to ensure our team are as productive and healthy as possible. Your role would be to cook for our team based on a set menu at set delivery times Monday to Friday.

In addition, you will indulge in having every afternoon off and enjoy modern gym facilities, all whilst working in an innovative people focused environment.

The role has a highly competitive salary with regular hours of 6.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.

The role.....

In this role you will be solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the onsite kitchen and cafe including quality and cost control, menu planning, ordering supplies, preparing and serving morning tea and lunch meals each day and cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen/café area. You will also be responsible for reporting on expenditure and managing adherence to food

Your skills...

In order to be successful in the role you will:

  • Have a passion for food first and foremost
  • Have experience working as a Chef or Caterer
  • Have experience in developing menus and planning and ordering supplies
  • Have a customer focused and positive attitude
  • Be a creative and innovative thinker
  • Have demonstrated experience in maintaining a high standard of food and kitchen hygiene
  • Enjoy working autonomously
