In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of Chinese food
  • Stock control and minimize food wastage
  • Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times
  • Demonstrate flexibility in regards to working on a 6 day roster including weekends and public holidays

Selection Criteria:

  • At least 3 years proven experience in a Chinese restaurant as cook
  • Chinese cookery Certificate
  • Good knife skills
  • Applicants will be required to provide a police background check at their own cost before employment
