Di Mare is a cosy, family run restaurant hidden in cobbled courtyard of the historic Parnell village.

Full of character and atmosphere, Di Mare has been providing quality food to our regular local residents, visitors and tourists for over 20 years.

Di Mare is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, and specialises in traditional Mediterranean style steak & seafood dishes.

The owner has been working as a head chef and is looking to “hand over the spoon” and pass on his experience to a successor in the kitchen, as he looks to re-focus on running the business outside the confines of the kitchen.

If you are looking for the next step in your career and have:
- passion for traditional style cooking
- good work ethics
- able to work night shifts
- hold national certificate level 4 or above in cooking (or equivalent)
- minimum 2 years working as a chef
- experience in food Control Plan
- able to work in all areas (prep, cook, plate)

You must be able to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident or holder of a work permit).

Wage / Salary is negotiable and depends on the work experience of the applicant.
