We are looking for a chef for immediate start

Your tasks will include hot food section, sushi roll, nigiri.
You should be able to work with fresh market seafood, order cook, and have strong knowledge of sushi and sashimi techniques.
Have good knowledge of food safety in preparation of sushi and Japanese style cooking.
At least 3 years previous experience in managing or supervising in a commercial kitchen

Successful applicant should have :
1. Relevant qualification required
2. Development and review skill
3. Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
4. Good communication skill, time management and high standard personal hygiene
5. Experience in designing and costing menus.
6. Be hold food safety certificate
7. A positive attitude
