We are looking for an experienced chef who knows Italian cuisine to join our busy team!

Etrusco is a family owned restaurant that has been going for over 23 years.

Responsibilities and duties:

-Must be able to design and tweak menus with a good knowledge of food

-Have very good knife skills and the knowledge of meat slicers, dough machines, large ovens, bain maries and other equipment.

-The ability to prepare and cook a wide variety of pizzas and pastas

-Good problem solving and docket management skills.

-Maintain a clean, organized and manageable section.

-Have a keen eye for detail!!

-Good communication skills and be able to work in a tight knit team.

-Be available weekdays AND weekends.

-This role will be under the management of our head chef

-Not be afraid of a broom at the end of the night!!!!!

MUST have 3 years experience in italian food or the equivalent qualifications.
