At the heart of the restaurant dining space is a robata grill where artful chefs prepare and plate up in full view creating a gastro theatre environment. Large scale wood with textured walls and rustic inspired crafted detailing provide a dramatic yet elegant dining experience.
We have an opportunity for a dynamic, up and coming Chef de Partie to join our high performing team. To be successful, you'll need experience using your fantastic communication skills and strong people leadership capabilities to drive high performance and quality dishes leaving the kitchen. You'll be tenacious when it comes to delivering impeccable service for your customers through the continual enhancement of a diverse and high quality product offering.
You'll be passionate about your craft, have a genuine enthusiasm for quality ingredients and love being part of a team delivering exceptional food. This role requires a customer focused person committed to the continued delivery of quality services. The ability to organise and manage staff, providing leadership and training is essential.
