About the Job
Ordering and stock management
Direct and correct the presentation and portioning of food accordingly
Work closely with Head Chef regarding Menu planning and creation
Excellent Health and Safety standards
Lead team in Head Chef's absence

Job Requirements
Have at 1 - 3 years working experience in a similar position
Able to work a variety of shift including weekends
Be ahead of all the latest food trends
Exceptional work ethic
Honest, punctual and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Able to work unsupervised
Efficient with prep work and able to manage a section
