Helping in the running of the kitchen, you'll be the head chefs right hand man/women and play a vital part in continuing to grow the expanding food operation.
We're looking for an individual who can turn their hand to anything, challenge standards and assist in the training of junior chefs. You'll manage stock control & ordering and deliver high quality dishes.
- You're a top-notch Senior CDP / Junior Sous with passion for quality + fresh cuisine
- You're a natural leader with a positive attitude
- You can handle volume and pace
- You're highly organised and have a good understanding of all sections of the kitchen
An individual who wants to shine and continue this venues success is required. If you're hands-on, not too precious and have a good sense of humour, you will fit in perfectly with this small tight knit team.
