Duty job Description
Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for meeting all restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

• Coordinate service within the restaurant operation
• Deliver Customer services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer service requirements (tableordering reservations etc) enquiries and complaints
Ensure and offer the best quality of products possible
• Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to manager to keep them upbeat and productive
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory, maintaining stock levels and financial transactions

• Monitor compliance with Health, Hygiene and safety rules and regulations
• Control of costs purchasing and pricing of goods and minimize waste
• Successfully promote the brand – knowledge of Thai food with modern interpretations, Plan menu’s in consultation with chefs, ensure food is prepared and cooked to company specifications

• Nurture a positive working environment with staff, staff training and supervision, front and back of house and lead by example

• Must have Thai language skills

• Proven working experience

• Demonstrated experience in customer service

• Duty managers certificate or working towards

• Good food and beverage knowledge minimum 1years experience

• Proficiency in English and understanding of Thai

• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software (future)

• Good leadership, motivational and people skil
• Promotion and marketing skills an advantage

• financial management skills

• Very outgoing personality, with a happy disposition

Chef : Job Description

• To prepare, cook, and serve high quality Thai Cuisine from all regions of Thailand
• Maintaining the highest standards in the restaurant, kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene,
• Assist with the development of new meal choices
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining sufficient food stocks – purchasing lists as required
• Able to work under pressure and assist where needed
• Decoration and plating skills essential
• Some Knowledge of Japanese and European foods preferred
• Thai language essential, some knowledge of English preferred
• At Least three years professional cookery experience
