We are looking for someone who is:

? Able to work Unsupervised at peak times

Some of the main Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring Foodstuff Quality, Preparing and Cooking authentic Traditional Malayalee
Cuisine and Kerala Dishes as per customer requirements. Control and expertise on
South Indian Spices, Seasoning and garnishing, Controlling and adjusting
temperature for oven and other cooking equipment. Portioning of food and placing it
on plates, bowls etc. Refrigeration and storing of food at correct temperature are
some of the responsibilities you are expected to carry out as a normal part of your
job duties.

To be successful you must have appropriate qualification and relevant Work
Experience of at least 5 years or more in similar role in cooking of Keralite and
Malayalee Fusion Foods especially Making of Dosa and Porotta.
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary and sanitary knowledge.
We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce the authentic and
traditional foods of Kerala. Good understanding and knowledge of Malayalee
cooking, spices, seasoning and garnish preferred.
