-Always a positive attitude
-At least level 5 cookery certificate
-At least 3 years working at similar role
-Require around 35 to 40hours per week as a full time job.
-Be creative with food and willing to bring their own ideas to the table. Responsible for all food produced by the kitchen and its operating costs as well as the development and efficiency of the team.
-The ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively and also to keep calm under pressure in what can be a high-stress environment
-Require excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and passionate for customer services.
-Previous experience in a similar role within a café/restaurant environment.
