Open 7 days a week we cater for the community as a destination open all year round and complement that with small & large functions/ events.

We are about to undertake a refresh of the venue with works starting end of March and are seeking a new Head Chef to take our business forward for the future

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for
  • Design and rollout of new food offerings
  • Menu & recipe design
  • Food costing
  • Quality control & Food safety plan
  • Ordering & stock management
  • Recruitment and training of new chefs and kitchen staff
  • Undertake Food Safety Control practices

Applicants must have following attributes:
  • A minimum of 3 years as Head Chef / Sous Chef in a similar venue
  • Creativity with food and presentation
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Well organised
  • Flexible and hard working, weekends a must.
