Dockside Restaurant & Bar is looking for an experienced Sous Chef for our Busy Wellington Waterfront Restaurant If you are passionate about food and flavours then read on…….
As a senior member of the team, extensive experience in similar restaurants and functions/events is a must. A great understanding of what it takes to run a busy kitchen is a must i.e. food cost, time management, wage costs, strong leadership and communication skills, and can perform under pressure. The successful applicant will:
- be well-rounded and experienced
- be career driven and has a proven track record of reliability and consistency
- deliver a consistent product whilst managing a professional kitchen brigade
- be passionate about local produce and food trends
- problem solve and motivate others
We also have an potential position at Bin44 Restaurant + Bar.
