-At least 2 years experience at commercial kitchen.
-Have Excellent understanding of Japanese food and culture.
- To prepare and cook the food according to the customers’ orders
- To Plan and develop new menus, food display and decorations
- Must have good communication skills both in English
- Japanese communication skills preferable
- Have excellent inter-personal skills and positive attitude.
- Have ability to work well under pressure.
- Have excellent physical and mental health.
