Duties Include helping with:
- Menu planning, costing & execution
- Accountable for kitchen food & wage costs
- All kitchen HR, training & development
- Management of FCP, cleaning, Health & Safety, maintenance
Your philosophy will place a focus of fresh, seasonal & local produce. Your food will be delicious & creative. But most of all honest. We are looking for someone with experience in modern bistro style cooking & all-day operations. Full training in the operational or financial aspects of kitchen management can be provided to the right candidate if necessary.
The construction of the Bistro is on course to be completed by early June. The right candidate will need to be able to start work by mid June.
