The hours for the full-time role are 40 hours per week. We need someone who is flexible and able to work both early and late shifts.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Ensure the highest quality perishable products are available to customers;

Inspect sanitation in all food production areas. Direct cleaning and repairs as necessary;
Stay informed of any shortages and excess items;

Take part in quality control of the stocks and issue a purchase order to the Restaurant Manager for stock ordering process;

Take part in the staff management in the kitchen department, which included responsibility for organizing work schedule for the kitchen staffs;

Responsible for the operation of the kitchen. Making sure that all health and safety requirements are met;

Supervising and inspecting the cooking, preparation and serving of meals and refreshment procedure, ensure the food production reached the very highest standard and delicious;

Working with other Chefs in menu and pricing setting. Developing and designing new dishes according to the season and stocks availability;

Preparing and cooking Asian Cuisine;
Helping to maintain kitchen stock levels and being conscientious by minimizing wastage
