We're looking for an accomplished and experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional and progressive team at Monica’s Eatery on a full-time basis. A creative individual, someone who has a passion for exceptional food, is dedicated and wants to work with a team of like-minded individuals. There is the opportunity for career development as well as classical cooking using beautiful locally sourced ingredients where possible.

This is a full time position working days, nights and weekends as per the roster. You will be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team. A fast learner, you will be able to follow systems, procedures and recipes. You will have high standards for your work and your personal presentation. Able to work quickly in a high-pressure environment with excellent communication skills.
