Indian Curry/Tandoor Chef: Expected to perform following duties but not limited to:
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
- Prepare and cook food for different kinds, either on general premises or for unique visitors or functions
- Plan and value menu things, request suppliers and keep records
- Organise stock and let the Manager know for requesting
- Discuss food arrangement issues with the Manager, Kitchen and Waiting staff parts
- Checking of all bought supplies for quality and record for each one conveyed things.
- Monitor the nature of dishes i.e. flavours, temperature and present the dish in a respectable way
- Planning menus with the Restaurant Manager, evaluating food and work cost.
- Monitor other staff execution and support to purpose work issues if fundamental.
- Estimate and decided sums and expenses of obliged suppliers, for example, food and beverage cost.
