Rydges Wellington is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Team.

The requirements for the role include :

• Supervising Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area Cleaners.
• Knowledge on how to use the Hotels Opera Property Management System, how to check status of rooms, allocate rooms, queue rooms close the day.
• Release rooms when cleaning them on shift.
• Motivate and assist team members where possible, led by example.
• Collect report sheets and enter into computer as clean, vacant or occupied.
• Liaise closely with Reception regarding any changes.
• Takes extreme care with personal grooming to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance.
• Greets each guest in a polite and courteous manner being careful not to confuse friendliness with familiarity.
• Cleaning guest rooms.
• Train New staff members on how to clean a room, how to check a room, what is required on a daily basis and report to the Executive Housekeeper.
