-Previous experience in a similar role or any customer service experience, preferably in a fast paced five-star environment
-Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special needs or preference.
-Organize an assigned section and ensure it runs efficiently and productively.
-Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
-Recognize regular guests by name and anticipate their needs
-Deliver orders promptly and liaise with the kitchen on special requests.
-Offer advice on suitable beverages.
-Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
-Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
