This is a challenging and dynamic role. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Training the floor team to a very high standard of service, product knowledge and execution;
Ensuring quality of service on a day-to-day basis;
Implementation of training schemes;Day to Day Operation of the Restaurant
The successful applicant will have:
Solid experience in a hospitality industry,
Superb food and beverage knowledge;
A dedication to customer service;
Experience with private functions and events;
Outstanding work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond; and
Excellent communication skills.
Hospitality Level 6 or above qualification beneficial & Current General Managers Certificate necessary.
