We are a seven day a week eatery as well as offering dinner service Friday evenings.
With seating for approximately 80 people we offer a comprehensive menu of quality seasonal fare as well as a small selection of cabinet food. There is a strong emphasis on quality coffee and boutique tap beer. We also offer catering and host functions both on site and at the Dowse Art Museum.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity and we are looking for a hospitality super star to complement and manage our already hardworking and talented team.
Do you have the ability to think on your feet?
Can you delegate tasks while effortlessly providing exceptional customer service?
Have you got a proven track record in leadership and hospitality management?
Do you possess several years experience in a similar establishment?
Are you organised, have attention to detail and clear communication skills?

The role includes but is not limited too:
- Overseeing the day to day operation of the eatery.
- Effective communication with company management and kitchen team.
- Maintaining a very high level of customer service.
- Stock ordering and control.
- All general duties involved in the daily running of a busy cafe.
