We are looking for an experienced Manger to job share a Hotel Management role for one of the top boutique hotels in Wellington City.
The hotel is highly rated on TripAdvisor and other online portals and has a strong reputation performance score in all major distribution platforms and so a high level of pro-active service is required to ensure the guest experience is no.1. This is an autonomous and hands on role that requires an organised & energetic person who is great at multi-tasking.
The role is 3.5 days a week, working a 12-hour shift each day.
Some of the duties include:
>Setup and clearing of continental breakfast for our guests
> Proactive inventory management
> Helping with housekeeping and servicing of rooms
> Check in and out of guests.
> Communication with guests, housekeeping, duty managers and owners
