The role is multifaceted and requires an experienced hospitality manager to wear many hats. The role covers 35-40 hours a week over 4 nights, Monday through Thursday with the occasional weekend shift if required. Two shifts are sole shifts and two have a supplementary employee.
We require –
A minimum of 3 years Bar or Food & Beverage Management experience
A current Duty Managers certificate
Be a New Zealand resident or have a current working visa
A proven track record of employee loyalty
Honesty and a high level of work ethic
Extensive cocktail knowledge
Excellent communication skills for our regular and loyal customer base
Able to retain and build customer relations
Fit and able bodied. The role includes handling cases of wine and beer
Develop systems where appropriate in the development of our food menu and every day running
Take care of stock ordering and stock levels
The right F & B Manager will be remunerated fairly and enjoy the benefit of working a four day week at a fun and sociable establishment.
