We are looking for Licensed and EPIC Restaurant Managers to help lead our teams.

As Restaurant Manager you will lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You are responsible for Front and Back of the House operations. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. You

• Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain and enhance restaurant operations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs
• Plan and organise special functions and events
• Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to the budget
• Maintaining records of stocks and financial transactions
• Ensure dining facilities complying with heath and safety regulations and making sure the venue is clean, functional and suitable
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Select, train and supervise kitchen and wait staffs
• Regularly updating the knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment and attend training sessions required
• Ensure all the staff under your control have completed and signed their employment agreement, and adhere to employment agreement, guidelines and company policies and standards
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
