Duties and Responsibilities
*Achieving sales target and profit ratios of the business
*Delivering results & enforcing the highest service standards
*Responsible for Purchasing & and pricing the goods according to demand and budgets
*Maintaining records of Stock levels, Inventories & Financial transactions
- must have LCQ
- Plan Menu with consultation of chef.
*Inter-relationship with Chefs & subordinates
*Ensure Customer satisfaction by dealing with any complaints when they arise
- willing to work in fast paced environment and long hours
Successful applicants should have 2 years of relevant managerial or supervisor experience. being knowledgeable about the type of food sold prepared, ingredients etc will be considered highly. *Business/Hospitality Qualification Preferred. You must be able to work at weekends and public holidays.
