Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones and taking thorough messages
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Assisting with general administration
  • Data entry and filing

To be successful in the role the ideal candidate will have previous reception experience within a busy corporate reception. They will also have:

  • Confident, professional attitude and professional presentation
  • Warm and friendly attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
