Working closely with New Zealand domestic industry travel agencies, project companies, hotels, restaurants and others direct relations of cooperation, Provide personal travel plan to our customers in China and promote New Zealand as a visitor destination.

As a Tourism Adviser, you will be fully responsible for planning and organizing travel and accommodation for our clients, and providing consultancy service and inquiry responses to the customers. I hope you can be one of us

The responsibilities:

The responsibilities will consist below duties:
1.Liaising and communicating with clients to obtain their requirements, budgets, and special interests
2.Providing suggestions in terms of travel schedule/itinerary, routes and activities based on clients’ requirements and budgets
3.Making and confirming travel and accommodation reservations and informing clients of bus, ship, plane and train connections
4.Arranging and organizing the clients’ meals during the trip and making sure the places of the restaurants and time of the meals are suitable for the travel schedule and plan
5.Notifying the clients of any matters related to the trip, such as luggage limits, costumes regulations, airport security checks, visa requirements, travel clearance matters, etc
6.Collecting payments from clients and issuing paperwork, including itineraries, flight tickets and so on
7.Providing information related to travel insurance, health & security matters, use of credit cards or traveller checks and so on
8.Responding to clients inquiries about the trip
9.Providing literature and information on tours and places of interest to the clients
10.Negotiating with local stakeholders to minimum our cost without compromising our clients’ experience

Skills and experience:

1.Relevant tourism education background would be preferred
2.A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
3.Warm personality, attention to details and multi-tasker would definitely be preferred
4.Excellent written & verbal communication skills
5.Ability work as part of a team
