About the role

It's an exciting opportunity to shine at a new store in Hamilton! Key responsibilities include the daily running of the store, driving sales and profitability with your outgoing personality and passion for travel. You will also be managing part time employees.

  • Customer service and sales of all Travel Money products
  • Going above and beyond to meet our clients' needs whilst creating an engaging customer experience
  • Sharing your travel experiences and product knowledge with our customers
  • Ensuring transactions are completed in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy
  • Working towards targets to drive the profitability of the store
  • Motivate and lead the team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Encourage all team members to strive for sales and hit targets

What we’re looking for

  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience
  • Demonstrated cash handling abilities from previous employment
  • An engaging and energetic personality willing to go above and beyond to deliver amazing customer experiences
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to positively represent our brand
  • The legal right to work in New Zealand for a minimum 2 years
