Do you have solid experience in HR/recruitment administration and coordination? I am currently seeking strong administrators who have worked in or had exposure to an HR or recruitment based environment.
Key skills, experience and attributes required:
- A strong background in business administration support
- Strong MS Office experience
- Experience with onboarding and inductions
- Drafting of documents, contracts and offer letters
- Managing a shared inbox and handling enquiries
- Organising advertising and booking interviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- A friendly and professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation
