Make your mark in this greenfields role; creating, maintaining and driving both the People processes, systems and structures as well as the marketing and customer management systems.

As a critical support to the General Manager, you will take ownership and provide guidance around all-things HR, from sourcing and recruitment (including overseas recruiting) through to employment relations, learning and development. Our people are our most important asset, so your initial focus will be on the People Operations. From there, it’s variety plus, with Marketing and the Customer Relationship Management system falling within your remit.

Your creativity, ideas and proactive approach in taking our employment and customer brand to the next level will be welcomed. Unflappable and comfortable in a down-to-earth environment, you also pride yourself on being proactive; taking responsibility and relishing autonomy. We’re a small but mighty team at Architectural Metalformers, so you’ll fit right in as a natural team player – collaborating, consulting and pitching in without being asked.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has advised on human resource matters, including performance management through to disciplinary action.
- Managed or been involved in sourcing and recruitment activities
- Is familiar with marketing concepts, and is experienced in marketing activities and coordination.
- Is proficient with web-based tools, sites and social media.
- Is familiar and adept at working in a small-to-medium sized, privately owned business.
