Ingham is looking for a HR, Health and Safety & Training Administrator to join our team.

While previous HR & Health and Safety experience is highly regarded, full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Valuable skills and attributes include:
  • A clear and confident communication style to liaise with all levels of business
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A reasonable knowledge of HR & Health and Safety
  • A winning attitude
  • The ability to work in a team environment

You will be responsible for administrating and coordinating HR processes such as on-boarding, recruitment, employment agreements and variations including accurately maintaining HR records. Your pervious Health and Safety experience will allow you to continue to ensure records are current and you are confident in participating in Health and Safety matters. Experience in Training is not required as full training will be provided.
